This Agreement is in addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for Midwest Basketball Tournaments Portals and/or Websites. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for Midwest Basketball Tournaments Portals and/or Websites, which are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and either the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy for Midwest Basketball Tournaments Portals and/or Websites, the terms of this Agreement shall take precedence.

(c) You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary for you to post the Content you submit to the Site without violating the copyrights, trademarks or any other intellectual property of any third party.
